About National Center for Health Research
The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) strives to build a health research ecosystem to advance health and medical research in the UAE. As part of MOHAP's endeavour to implement the overarching goals to improve research governance, the UAE Cabinet established the National Center for Health Research in 2020. This aligns MOHAP aims with UAE Centennial 2071, National Innovation Strategy 2014, and National Health Research Strategy (NHRS) launched in 2021 by the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP).
